Asst. Architect
Bengaluru | 0-2 years exp | On-siteWe’re currently looking for a curious, motivated architect to join us as an Assistant Architect, starting immediately. You’ll work closely with the principal architects and be an active part of the studio and its day-to-day work.
We're looking for someone who is excited to become a well-rounded architect: someone who enjoys thinking independently, taking ownership, asking questions, and contributing ideas, rather than simply following instructions or producing drawings.
You should,
📜 hold a professional degree in architecture (B. Arch) or equivalent
🧑 have 0 to 2 years experience working in a competent architecture practice
💻 be proficient in using Trimble SketchUp, Autodesk AutoCAD or ZWCAD, Adobe CS or Affinity CS, MS Office & Google Suite
🖌️ have excellent digital presentation skills.
⏰ have strong communication, coordination, & time-management skills
🌳 relocate to Bangalore, if you are not a local; the studio is in Cooke Town
📋 be organised, able to prioritise work, manage multiple responsibilities, and plan ahead
⚡ value efficiency over volume, and thrive in a studio that expects ownership and accountability
You will,
✍️ actively participate in the design process and work collaboratively with other architects to develop and advance the design agenda of each project.
📉 prepare presentation graphics, visualizations and/or drawings used to communicate concepts and proposals.
🖱️ prepare detailed construction drawings, design production & support related documents.
💁 attend important client meetings.
🤝 meet and/or lead coordination efforts with consultants, product representatives, vendors, contractors, craftsperson and fabricators.
👷 make regular visits to active project sites to observe the progress & quality of the work.
Salary: upto ₹4.5 LPAexcluding benefits
You will be expected to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with work hours being Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 6:30 pm. We do not encourage overtime or working on weekends.

Intern
Bengaluru | On-site
We are currently seeking talented and passionate architecture students to join our team as Interns.
This is a paid internship and is open to students from around the country who are pursuing a degree in architecture.
You should,
📜 be an architecture design (B. Arch) student with a minimum of 3 years of school experience
💻 have decent proficiency with Trimble SketchUp, AutoCAD or ZWCAD
✂️ have an interest & experience working with physical models and drawings, including both digital and analogue exploratory methods of design
🌳 relocate to Bangalore, if you are not a local; the studio is in Cooke Town.
You will,
✍️ help prepare presentation graphics and/or drawings
🖱️ help prepare construction drawings, visualizations, and build physical models.
🏗️ gain an understanding of building systems, codes, & construction methods.
🤝 attend client presentations/meetings and meet with consultants/vendors.
Stipend: ₹7.5k per month
You will be expected to work a maximum of 40 hours per week, with work hours being Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. We do not encourage overtime or working on weekends.
